Join Keefe Community Center for a free community health fair on Saturday, April 13 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 11 Pine Street, Hamden. This community health fair will include health risk preventative measures, dental information, diabetes, blood pressure, HIV information, mindful stress reduction and nutritional education.
