Get your long run in this summer in Guilford at the soundRUNNER Sea Legs Shuffle on Sunday, July 30. This event offers a 10-Mile, 5K and Kids Fun Run at the Guilford Fairgrounds. The 10-Mile is the USATF-CT State Championships. Race proceeds benefit the Guilford Center for Children.
